Karen Davidson sent in her version of Paul's challenge saying: 'I cropped the image as suggested which then needed more foreground to balance it. I usually do more detailed work but as there was little detail visible I was freer with my technique. I used inktense pencils then added water but I’m not really happy with any of it, it does not represent me & my style & looks very amateur. Never mind, I gave it a go ….'
