It 'may' be simple but it's very fine work. I'm not so sure 'simple' exists in art, it's all a question of making the right creative decisions, and you've done that here.

My dog has to go for an operation on Wednesday and I have no concentration whatsoever. I painted a simple watercolour to keep me occupied.
