I came across an artist on FB. I think if you type in fly big artist he comes up. You would wonder how a portrait develops from the mess but it is totally invigorating. I thought, I must try it. I'm totally inspired by the speed and mess of it all and then it's like magic a portrait appears. Big bold strokes, rub in with a cloth, refine, erase then repeat and refine then detail. This took about an hour, I can't believe it worked. Charcoal. A3
