It is a very good portrait Denise. Wether you were right or not to finish it there is of course your choice. Personally I would have liked to see the dress taken a little further. OK, tell me to keep quiet. It really is very good.

Like George I’d like to see a bit more -on the ponytail perhaps, but of course it’s your decision. It’s very vibrant with the red.

This is great Denise, love the colour and her face is fabulous. George and Marjorie have said they'd like to see more, well here goes, but I'd like to see less and perhaps do away with the ponytail. Who do we think we are?!

It's perfect just as it is, well done. It's always the hardest decision knowing when to stop.

Nice job Denise, you could work on the pony tale in my view. The dress is fine, perhaps a bit too much pink going on throughout… not a colour I’d ever use so I’m biased and probably alone here!

I'd have asked her to let her hair down so I didn't have to paint her ear!!

A marvelous expression Denise and a very worthy portrait indeed

I'm having a second go here Denise. For someone so talented, you have a lot of patience with all us interfering fuss pots (all with good intentions I'm sure). All I would like you to do is something about the outlines of the lower parts of your otherwise brilliant portrait. As you would have done if you were to finish it. So there. It's still great, but finish it !! Please !!

Fine work Denise. I’m not keen on the dark pink/red area to the right and might have preferred a contrasting background, but there it is, you put the suggestion out there! Finished or not , your decision. I often/usually get to a point where I’m not sure if I’m done. Perhaps most of us do?

I do this Denise, I like the unfurnished look.
