Your work is always impressive Denise and this is no different. I must admit I had to look up Vermeer as an artist such is my knowledge of old masters. Anyway a superb sketch indeed.

I was painting with oils yesterday. Last night I wanted to practice a bit of sketching so looked at some Vermeer painting. Unfished and not to scale as free hand and poor light.
