Autumn colours

You have achieved a sort of stained glass window effect with the PC enhancement, which is rather attractive.

It has given an abstract look to your painting. I like it.

Hello! Jeanette and Ruth, Thankyou for your interesting comments. When I added it to my portfolio I did say that it was a project in the Liesure Painter for Novemberb by Jane Ward.As I had a canvas which I had whited out I used Acrylics gave me great pleasure.

Attractive painting. That's what it's all about, enjoying your craft. Well done.

Thankyou Carole , It is good to encourage one another As you will have noticed -the project by Jane Ward was done on water colour paper. So it is thanks to her that i enjoyed it on canvas. kind regards Neville.

Agree with all above - you have created a slightly surreal effect which draws the viewer into the picture. Well done.

Hello James, Thankyou for your kind comments on my painting. At present i am painting a sunset scene from a photo i took at West kirby Wirral. It is a challenge to get the sky and reflection right.mainly water coloour on paper. Neville

Hang on Studio Wall

This was a project on the November Leisure Painter issue,by Jane Ward.on water paper using acrylics.I chose to use acrylics on old canvas that I had whited out. Putting in on my p.c. the colours did not seem as bright as those on my canvas so I have adjusted the painting. Any comment would be aoppreciated good or bad I
