Kate’s violin used to belong to her great grandfather approx 100 or more years ago. It had more recently spent 50 years stored in an attic resulting in the violin’s outer surface becoming damaged. However, it plays absolutely beautifully (by the expert Kate of course). Part of my musicians hands series. 50cm square acrylic on stretch canvas
