This one and the cyclamen are my foavourites, thought this was watercolour, I tried those oils but didn't like them but might try again after seeing yours

My wife is asthmatic and I cannot use traditional oils indoors because of the smell of the turpentine. I find very little difference between the trditional oils and Winsor and Newtons Artisan range. I use them applied thickly and also thinned down with the artisan mediums and though I love the smell and feel of the traditional oils I have found Artisan to be a fantastic substitute. What sort of subject matter and mediums do you like to work in?

Thanks for the info. I love watercolour landscapes mostly but also love plein air for which i use traditional oils which i cant use indoors as even the low odour thinners give my husband headaches. I used the artisan oils outside only once and found them too thick but wasn't using any thinners. you should start a thread on the forum perhaps ?

This is beautiful Murray, love the reflections and the hazy church.

Excellent work Murray, those trees are fabulous, and great work on the bridge and the red van going over it, gorgeous icy river and snow

Just realised by the title of this one that is a post van of course Murray!
