Happisburgh

I have never looked at your gallery before, but I was taken by th atmosphere created in your painting of Hookham pines and had a browse at the others! You really do go for the dramatic - lighting can be a real eye catcher in a painting and this is exactly what yours do. I must say though I really like this one of Happisburgh ( where on earth is that?) The flat tones of a much softer light allow you to use brushwork to great effect - I love those casual but well observed marks giving my eye something to work at - very well done to all your work.
