Hamble Amble
Watercolour on quarter imperial Fabriano 640 gsm NOT. I'd wanted to paint a picture for ages which captured the essesnce of the local environment-sailing, scenery, nature and therefore attempted what is quite a complicated scene with a few points of interest-the gate, the signage and the pink ferry man's hut. The main characteristic-the sailing- has had to be suggested as it's in the background over at Hamble.
