Warsash seems A lovely place, judging by these three paintings Philip, good detail but not fussy, hard to get a balance I find.

Lovely work Philip so easy to get carried away with detail beautifully rendered Thank you very much for you kind comments on my latest and my apologies I forgot to mention I lifted out the highlights on the sheep with a tiny chisel brush I have a marvelous little friend to have What you say about the easy watercolours being paradoxically the most difficult is so true , after years of doing photo realistic work I now try to finish a lot of my work in two washes which as you know is a challenge but so worthwhile
