Know it well Philip and captured well except the cars seem to be aiming downhill which they're not in real life. I have a similar camera and it must be in the book somewhere but don't know how.

Lovely washes in this one Philip. I have a similar canon too. Press the Menu button, scroll down and select Date Stamp "OFF".

Warsash Clock Tower. Watercolour on Half Imperial Fabriano 640 gsm rough. Quite a bit of preparatory drawing which I felt was necessary for a fairly complex building, but I wanted to apply fairly loose washes so that it wasn't too architectural, and conveyed my affection for arguably the most iconic and recognisable landmark in my immediate locality. Anyone know how to remove the date from a Canon point and shoot? I reckon my pictures would look a damn site better without yellow type all over them!
