I have done this painting for my youngest daughter who has just moved to a small flat in the town. I started out with big ideas of doing bold colours and being quite abstract and ended up with my normal style and level of details. I am pleased with the light effect on the building LHS in the foreground and enjoyed doing the buildings. For some reason the church tower was a nightmare. Used a range of blues and yellow ochre with mid range browns to try to keep the painting fresh.
