West Dorset III

I've kept coming back to these over the last couple of days; you suggest so much with a total economy of means. This one, I think, is my particular favourite, but the snow paintings are extraordinary as well, thanks to the well-judged palette.

Thank you for your very generous comments I am truly grateful. I started painting oh so many years ago (nearly 50 !) but never had the obsessive urge to pursue it as I should have done/then about eight years ago when I was about to chuck everything away. I was encouraged by a neighbour to start afresh and oh what a journey it has been I feel as though I paint through the prism of those 40 years of life's experience.
