Thanks one and each - don't know where the ideas come from - they just sort of suggest themselves and i have a few more yet. Goodness knows what I'll do when the grey matter runs dry - some other subject I guess like cross hatched lawn mowing in the arctic!

Thanks val Debs and Jane - as much as I enjoy the jokes I also enjoy the art form of cartoons and it is so reassuring that so many of you take the time to comment on what is often considered the poor relation of the art world
