It's a very powerful, emotional image Michael, which everyone can identify with. A few years ago I saw an exhibition at our local gallery of animal prints by Picasso ( I think the dove of peace was one of the series), very simple but striking images, this reminds me of those.

Despair. I find it quite disturbing. So simply done but very emotive.

I agree with Sylvia - more than thinking, very emotional

Thanks Stephen, Sylvia and Glennis - I wasn't sure about posting this as it was just a scribble whilst watching the tele and was never intended as being anything other than an idea for future development - not sure that I will ever go anwhere with it as it is on the emotive side as Sylvia says - and I do preter art that lifts but nonetheless I thought it was worth posting it regardless.

Vey very effective, beautifully simple and emotional. I think it deserves a little frame.

I agree with Stephen, Michael. For some reason, this reminds me of Picasso's animal drawings, which I saw in a small town in Wyoming. Strong simple lines with a load of impact. It's very striking.

"Oh no not again" is what I thought I was seeing looking at this drawing. Wonderful sketches and some beautifully distilled drawings.

This was a quick sketch I did when thinking of ideas for one of my little ink and brush drawings but when I looked at it the following day I thought it had something (not sure what) that makes it stand in its own right. Anyway I thought I would post it and see what others think.
