On the spot sketch - Catalonia

Very few marks, but nonetheless very descriptive. Enough to do a painting. A real nice record and aid to fond memories. A nice insight to the process of a piece of work.

Yes I agree a 'simple' (very good sketch) sketch like this takes you back to the place and you can add so much more in a fully developed painting.

I think we should have a sketch book section . Love this Michael in this five minutes you have captured the essence , acquired a memory and got the basis for a future painting.
