Another lovely watercolour, Michael. I love the greens and that roof really sets them off. I think it works, most definitely!

Thanks Jane - looking at it afresh the bottom left foliage would have been better if it had cut into the bottom line of the tree above but you know what it's like when working under a degree of pressure

I really like the dark green tree to the left, this demo certainly does work.

Nice for a demo and I like the green/orange complimentary colours. I agree that the horizontal would be better broken up and as one of your students I would have cheated a bit with the foreground making a lead in and warm on the left (against the cool trees) and cool on the right (against the warmer trees). Then waited for your critique. That's how I learn. Your comments even on your own works are always helpful

I like the light and variation in the foreground with wet in wet and then wet on dry grasses. I can't paint with anyone else in the room, so I'm very impressed that you painted this with students gazing upon it. And I agree with Alan, I learn a lot from your own comments Michael.

Nice sunny watercolour, I particularly like the strong varigated green wash of the left hand tree.
