Harsh.....? Could be that it's a bit more 'over the top lads and at 'em!' than some of your other paintings, but then it's another side of your personality, and we need to explore everything if we're not to stand still, or even slip back. I like it - I don't say it's my favourite of your paintings, but do like it.

Your paintings always make me stop for a longer look. There is something mesmerising about the palette

Thankyou Robert and thankyou Diana. I have two wooden palettes but im afraid i dont use them . A professional might criticize me for this. I mix my paints on the canvas. I squeeze the paint directly onto my brush then just daub it on. I dont really have much method. If it looks ok then its ok.

Well your method produces lovely brush marks, very individual so keep it up:)
