I painted this on the banks of the Thames, this morning, just before the rain came, thankfully. Watercolour on Bockingford not paper, quarter imperial, in mainly transparent colours, completed on site in about an hour and a half.a small gathering this week, just five of us, but enjoyable.

Watercolourist since the 90's, and have just taken up oils a couple of years ago. I regularly paint en plein air with a local group called the Artful Dodgers, and aim to paint at least twice a week now I'm heading for retirement.
