I prefer the sketches to the finished product most of the time as I think that we all get more tighter in style and loose the freedom of the first drafts. This is a colourful and interesting view of a high street which is just great!

Matthew Sewell

Watercolourist since the 90's, and have just taken up oils a couple of years ago. I regularly paint en plein air with a local group called the Artful Dodgers, and aim to paint at least twice a week now I'm heading for retirement.
