I love this "like a bat out of hell" style Martin! Clever stuff!

"... provide the punctuation marks for the language of fields and drystone walls ...": I rather like that! Like the work, too - evocative is, I think, the word we're looking for here. Impressively bleak - another strong one.

This delightfully rustic old barn is typical of so many up and down Wensleydale, or indeed anywhere throughout the Yorkshire Dales. They provide the punctuation marks for the language of fields and drystone walls... Ink and wax resist on paper. 15" x 22"
