I'm experimenting drwing over collage elements. I really love the unpredictability of the surface. I create a series of collage pages in my sketchbook and then draw the image over the background without worrying about what I am drawing over. My normal process is to tear a rough shape for the main subject and draw over that. These images are A5 in size but I am working up to bigger panels.
