At first glance I thought this was a large painting. It has a tranquil grandness about it. Considering its actual size that’s some accomplishment.

It certainly is a gorgeous piece indeed Marjorie, yet another example of your skill at creating atmosphere.

Thanks Martin and Alan. It was small because I want it for our club exhibition over the Bank Hol. I used Alkyd white, hopefully it’s dry now . I do want to do a larger, similar one but that will be after the weekend.
