Lovely artwork Marjorie.

Super painting Marjorie, love that background as much as the glass vase and the flowers themselves

Strange but very good light reflection. nice piece

Thanks Stephen, Heather, Valerie and Martin. Acrylic needs so many layers I find - it’s quick to dry but I find the end result less vibrant - though this photo also has a less vibrant result - can’t win 😄

Great result Marjorie. Love the angle you have painted this from.

Wonderful Marjorie! Love the orange against the turquoise. I grow these every year, love them……I call them nastyurchins, an underserved nick name

I love the vibrancy and colour choices in this little gem Marjorie.

Just superb

Nice work especially on the lighting

Wonderful jar of Nastertiums.

I too love the background as much as the flowers, which stand out beautifully.

Thanks again everyone. Since posting I’ve added a few fallen petals on the right, didn’t feel it quite balanced.

This is beautifully drawn and painted. Like your choice of turquoise against the orange. Beautiful painting. .

Lovely nastyurchins (Fiona). Marjorie you captured the orange shades so well.

Acrylic, 6”x6” on wood. At the club yesterday. Love the vibrant colours of nasturtiums.
