Wow this is so good in coloured pencil. What patience you have. You've managed to get that almost translucent baby skin which is so difficult in pencil. If I might just suggest softening the bottom edge of the lower lip a little and maybe a few stray hairs.

Gorgeous portrait - lovely skin tones and beautifully captured 'baby-ness' which is hard to do. I don't think you need to alter the lip at all as I love the fullness and definition of it, especially with that lovely highlight you have put there. Great work.
