Textiles at the Scottish Crannog Centre, Kenmore. by Malcolm Davies GRA
The new Scottish Crannog centre on Loch Tay at Kenmore has greatly expanded since moving to a new site. There is now a village of buildings, each one being dedicated to one aspect of life in the Iron Age. This one is to the dyeing of wool and other fibres and the weaving of textiles. A fabulous experience and a sketchers delight. The cafe is good too!!!!
