A watercolour (largish - between A2 and A1) mainly from a very small on site sketch plus reference photos of my own. Love this reserve and have done 3 different larger preliminary studies from the original tiny sketch. Trying to capture a feeling of the reserve and the glorious winter colours rather than exact details (my excuse anyway!). This one was done in art class this morning.
