It's wonderful, I get where your coming from with the pen tho, I love pen and wash and once you do it you can't help but want to do it on them all.

Yes, I agree, Margaret. It is lovely but a little bit of pen details would make everything stronger. I myself can't stop adding pen work to all my watercolour paintings. It really is an addiction :)

Agree with Mia, Margaret - it's lovely as it is, but some pen work would sharpen it up nicely. I love pen and wash work.

Thank you all for your comments. After reading them I have succumbed and added some pen! - will add the new version. I would love to be able to do some proper watercolour landscapes but they don't quite work! and I do like pen and wash !!!
