Beautiful. How did you find the markers? I was tempted to buy some.

Margaret, everything about this is gorgeous!

Nice variation in your daily challenge Margaret. Very good.

Thank you Jennifer. You can get these on JacksonsArt (and probably lots of other places too) - they are quite dear at £3.10 each and come in a wide range of colours - I had 3 but have mislaid 2 and only seem to be able to find the Indigo at present. I mostly have used them for sketching outside - the water can be added after if wanted (I've sometimes used a web finger if stuck). They are rather fun to use.

Whoops - should have said used a "wet" finger and not a "web" finger!

This is beautiful, Margaret. Love the technique.

Ha ha I was going to ask what a web finger was.

Very effective washes, lovely colours and style, Margaret.

Lovely work, Margaret.

In my terminology I really like this "free and easy " style.

Beautifully painted, with lovely spontaneity, Margaret.

Thank you Dennis, Mia and Jennifer :) (sorry, I missed your posts the other day - on a different page) Thank you Richard and Seok :)

Bought some beautiful tulips yesterday so this is probably the first of several tulip pictures! Annick, I was inspired by your experimental ink work. Winsor & Newton watercolour marker (indigo) and watercolour on wet Bockingford rough paper (A4).
