My thanks for the encouragement - certainly helps !. New Zealand has fences where the UK has hedgerows - not quite as enticing ? Increasing the emphasis on the foreground - with gay abandon - may have saved this one.

the last of 4 paintings that I have recently revisited. This was the one I had least expectations for but may have responded better than anticipated.?? It is definitely mixed media involving brush , match stick, and palette knife applying ink, coloured inks, water colour and acrylic
