That's beautiful Mike, so peaceful, a scene i'm sure we can all relate to when the sun is just going down at the end of the day.

thank you for the kind words - one of the paintings that flowed for me , some respond better than others to the original concept. Using a matchstick to draw with , rather than a pen , sounds "gimmicky" but in fact allows a far greater range of marks , looks less mechanical ,carries its own character. Obviously , some subjects respond better than others.
