"Scout boat shed - Sawyers Bay " watercolour (mainly)
This was the view I saw everyday from the tannery I first worked at ,here in NZ. It is in the Otago harbour and leads down to Dunedin where the harbour was located. Beautiful scenery and the boatshed was the first painting that I made in NZ. That was in oils and is still "somewhere" around the house. 50 years plus I am repeating the scene - things have grown somewhat in the intervening years.
