I like this Mike the dark birds against the light background make a great contrast overall a very pleasing Painting. Well done

Nice work Mike, lovely colours

Lol....excellent Mike....don’t stop with this one!

Great to see you back again Mike. Like this one, the way the birds show up so well against that light background. How badly have you been affected by the storm? I do hope you avoided the worst of it. We finally got the rain here, much needed, but not the flooding in the lower lying areas and definitely not the gales we have at present. The weather just can't seem to get it right!

Hi to all and thanks for the kind comments. Last year seem to get out of kilter in the latter months. Preparing for, and setting up two exhibitions and then a weekend Expo left me all behind and art saturated which was then followed by delayed Christmas preparations - at least 20 pork pies this year (oh to just drop into Walkers) , fruit mince pies, cakes ,and pudding. Thanks Sandra , we have been fortunate in that we have had a very good rainfall but without too severe a weather bomb with it. Certainly needed that rain - haven't bothered with a veg garden because it has been so dry - now have to get back out there and get winter planting organised. Have just given 12 months notice at work to finish at the end of this year so , hopefully, will have a bit more time to smell the roses.

Lovely😊

This stood out for mr Mike I love it!
