Excellent

This is fabulous. The composition, the movement in the clouds, the warm and cool, the temperature, the sense of distance. Great work.

Great work especially love the movement in your sky

I can see the influence but it's also all your own, very good indeed

Great picture Lynne.

Superb work Lynne. Love how the directional strokes of movement, link the sky and earth. I am also a lover of tonalism.

Beautiful, Lynne!

I appreciate your uplifting feedback, Jo, Nick, Thalia, Heather, Stephen, Fiona, and Anne. Nick, thanks for the particulars. And Heather for calling it "my own." Fiona for stroke and Tonalism affirmation. To each, thanks.

Most of us artists tend to go over the top with clouds but this and the landscape is so beautifully restrained and understated. Love it

Appreciate your comment, Martin.

I like this. Just wondering who Dennis is ?

Hi, Andrew, Thanks for your comment. Dennis Roberts. He posts his paintings fairly often.

Hi Lynne. Thanks for that. Yes, I always stop at Dennis Robert's work because it stands out. It's the sort of thing I like. Same with yours. But it's your work. Nothing wrong with being influenced !

I appreciate your thumbs-up comment, Andrew. Thank you for that.

Very little to see here.!? But I could spend a long time looking. Into it. Great 👍

I took this photo last fall. Those two clouds got me. I'm hesitant to post it, as it resembles Dennis's work. Who could not be influenced by his beautiful paintings? He's a teacher influenced by others. I thought it ok to post. I am a lover of Tonalism which his work echoes.
