What a great illustration especially for a childrens book. I love the expression on the cat's face as he eyes up the birds, or is it the mouse amongst the flowers he's got in his sights. Super work.

I must say I agree with all that Val has said .It is a great illustration .He looks just like the Cheshire cat from Alice in wonderland but he just doesn't have that cheeky grin. Have you ever thought seriously about book illustration ?

Wow - so colourful and pretty - just fantastic. You are brilliant at these illustrations - no idea why you aren't a millionaire from selling all your wonderful designs!!! The look on the cat's face is wonderful as he looks longingly at the birds in the tree. Love the touch of humour.
