This would look lovely on my bedroom wall. I like gouache. Something very satisfying about it.

Textiles or wallpaper - both would be equally striking. You could definitely sell these designs to manufacturers. Have you tried? I can just see this on a wall in a room with a white carpet, dusky pink bedding and ivory furniture. Love it.

Thanks Sylvia and Thea..Sylvia, I know what you mean, I like gouache for it's soft, matt look. Thea, I did sell quite a few designs to wallpaper and fabric manufacturers in the old days. I wouldn't want to do that now, I like painting pictures too much despite the May drought :)

A gorgeous piece, Louise. There's something 1950s about it, yet with a modern twist. I like it a lot.
