Another lovely one Louise could be useful sometime

I love the sweep of the greens, (whether it by courtesy of Dulux or W & N!), which suggest rolling hills and a vast landscape. I can see mist rolling down into the valley and super recession of hills beyond. Bet B & Q didn't know they were selling you the tools to produce a lovely painting with!!

Just lovely Louise. I really like this one.

Works a treat whatever you've used! Love all the marks in the foreground x

Thanks Dennis, Thea and Kal!

..and thanks Lesley!

Beautiful greens, look great together Louise.

I do like your experiments Louise! This is just great.

Love the clean elegance of this piece, Louise, and the lovely fresh palette.

Thanks Carole, Sarah and Seok. I was just messing about really. Crown solo emulsion comes in large tins and as we have so much of the stuff left over, I thought that I'd try it out on paper. It doesn't like watercolour at all and the nearly full tin of paint is banished to the garage where it'll stay for years.

A happy accident - this has worked out really well!!

I do like these sweeping landscapes of yours Louise - keep 'em coming.

Really beautiful work Louise - very tranquil and relaxing.

Hang on Studio Wall

So called because I'd been trying to match up the colours to an emulsion decorators paint called 'expectation'. I did actually use some of the emulsion here together with the watercolour which wasn't a good idea! The two paints don't like each other at all..lol (not to be recommended either unless you want a matt finish!)
