Blowing in the wind? Lovely.

I feel that I should aplologise for posting this but we'd been laughing about the some of the shapes formed by the splatter/blow technique. I shall just say it's a quick, fun sketch and thank you Sian for your kind comment.

Would make a nice design for fabric

Lovely colour and exciting work Louise

Certainly some lovely work coming from these splatters

I thought this would make a great flag for some country, perhaps ours it would be more exciting😄love the leaf Birds!

This is fantastic and I love it! The birds are quirky, interesting and a joy and are all the better for being produced by letting go a lot of the control of the actual painting of them. What a great and novel use for the blowing technique and this makes a super design in its own right in my opinion.

I love your splatter birds Louise, so obviously yours too with the colours and composition.

I'm back, smashing work Louise

This is the very first time I've seen a 'leafbird' and not just one....a whole flock of them, a rare sight indeed Louise!Lol. And with your amazing painting talent, you've gone one step further and put in a quirky background. Brilliant!

They are extremely rare Fiona! Thank you all for your lovely comments!

They are fantastic Louise!! I have fallen in love with these fabulous rare birds and would very much like to have them on my wall! They sing to me!!! Thank you for telling me where to find them, I have been so busy during the weekend with an exhibition that I wouldn't have found these wonderful creatures.
