COLOURED PENCILS Stonehenge 9 x 12 ins Faber Castell Eco Grip and Cretacolour Soho Coloured pencils. Own ref taken at Tropical Bird garden. Nov 13 This is from a photo I took at Tropical Bird garden a couple of months ago. I've changed the setting though and the background is imagined. This is one of the perky fellows happy to take a walnut off anybody. I did this to try out the new pencils that were a gift from my American friend . As they are not available in the UK, I didn't want to wear them out too fast so I did the undercoat/mapping with Faber Castell Eco Grip. I then used the Cretacolour Soho for the rest. I added in the beak and eye with F C Polychoromos black as it is a little darker and sharper than the Ivory or Mars black in the set.
