I understand how you feel as TM [aka my wife] always says there is probably something else to see just around the corner...The-tour bus is about to move off...the last local bus is filling up...the last boat is about to leave...the fisherman says be on the beach of the deserted waterless island here at 17.00hrs...We will only pass this way once [well twice in 18 years and the building was gone]...so 100's of digital images and the comfort of the studio for me...Thank you for your support it means a lot for me. HID takes a good photo...

In the days before the digital thingys' I was out walking with Himself and our cameras' he had 2 of them 1 for colour & 1 for black & white pic's. I ran out of film so I just sat down with my mini sketch book and pencil to sketch the picturesque little bridge. It's near Hollinsclough in Derbyshire. I still carry a mini sketch book in my camera bag with one of those plastic, disposable, propelling pencils which sports an eraser on the top. (Just in case). I reckon, sometimes, people think I'm stupid for carting so much stuff about but you never know when your battery is going to fail you... Anyway I'd rather sketch than snap but HImself doesn't have the patience to wait whilst I do so.
