I have been hesitant to try painting water. In an attempt to get over my fear, I started looking for something to inspire me. I came across this pic my husband took some years ago on safari in Africa and thought the reflections in the water was so lovely, I had to give it a go. I tried to keep things loose and to capture the overall pink hue the scene had.
