Good to see you back on here Lewis. Hope all is well with you. Great sketches as usual.

The hospital should hang up little books of these, " Sketches while waiting.....", for others to look at while in limbo.

More great sketches, Lewis.

Such interesting characters Lewis..rather glad that I wasn't in the waiting room..LOL

Good stuff Lewis. I did a crossword in some therapy or other and x ray yesterday. Two bald, bespectacled night club bouncer types and a plump woman who draped herself dramatically across a chair and her husband were our nearest neighbours. You might have had fun wit them . (-: .

As always brilliant sketches Lewis, 😀

Thanks to all for your feedback...clearly I don't draw other people in these waiting rooms, it's all made up. Although there was a woman with spiky hair, but I took pains to make my sketch NOT look like her.

Brilliant sketches Lewis. Have missed your clever, humorous drawings and hope you will be able to have more time to yourself soon and that whatever health problems are lurking will be resolved soon.

Wonderful sketches Lewis. I think hospital waiting rooms are where you see so many different characters, just great for your drawings.

Welcome back, you have been missed. Hope all is well now and your hospital visits with your wife are over, although waiting rooms do provide a lot of material for sketching.

My favourite is the guy bottom left but they are all good and all carry the Lew style.

Terrific comic sketches and doodles and oodles of fun and laughter too! These sketches will make the patients smile and laugh, fabulous!

Darn good doodling ! Well done Lewis.

Great page Lewis. Hope these aren't some of the people in the waiting room!

Looks like you’ve been having fun with these Lewis, I like the Mexican with the over-sized hat!

Excellent sketches which capture so much character and personality.

great work, as always.

I've been frequenting hospital waiting rooms with my wife...these are random sketches done to pass the time (my wife does Sudoku). I guess they take about 10-15 minutes on average. The 'names' mean nothing...I've taken to noting where we were that's all (Xray waiting room, etc...) This is about all I've had time for lately, thank goodness for sketchbooks.

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
