It's the joy of discovering what she was looking at that made me laugh out loud. More good ones Lewis.

Wonderful humour as always Lewis.

Both so real to life , the first one is so funny as Heather said it’s what’s she is looking at , genius nothing else could have made it so funny. The artwork is excellent Lew , certainly better than most peoples best hope thing settle down .

Such great characters and Heather is right about the objects of her desire. Brilliant

Great characters, Lewis, and, as others have said, it’s realising what she’s looking at that makes the first one so funny.

It's your own great sense of humour combined with your artistic skill that makes your work so good, Lew. Never fails to make me grin.

Even your hurried pictures are superb, keep everyone smiling ☺️

Great humour Lewis and wonderful characters.

Such an astute observation of human behaviour with lashings of humour Lewis.

Great work as always Lewis. Thank You for Posting them.

Thanks very much for your much valued comments.

As they say ‘ one thong leads to another’! Great work Lewis.

Tee hee - the second one could have been a Les Dawson sketch.

Your observations on life are lovely.

These gems always make me smile. Love those hairstyles, Lewis!

Looks as good as ever to me Lew.

Great humour and detail as always Lew, even down to the earrings, tea cups, hair etc!

I can identify with both of these!

Excellent as always Lewis.

I so agree with Heather! Thanks for the smile again, Lewis!

Great fun Lewis. I especially like the top caption. Great observational humour.

Too much going on at home for me to do much drawing. These were a bit hurried. So... far from my best, but I thought I'd post them anyway. A3 sketchbooks, dip pen, watercolour and coloured pencil.

About the Artist
Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
