Gauguin by Lewis Cooper

Well I do like this one Lew, a great idea and old Gauguin looks fantastic.

This is very interesting to look at Lewis, I like your idea. Gauguin's pose is exc. with some of his work surrounding him. Colours are great too. Yes, I like it very much, your drawing skills are superb.

A really good idea Lewis and well executed. I like the way some of his subjects in the background seem to be looking at Gauguin thinking “hmm” and he seems to be thinking “who’s next”. You certainly put a lot of thought into your work.

Thanks for looking at my picture, and your generous comments. This was an idea that seemed simple in my head, but posed problems that almost put me off completing it. Should I decide to do an 'homage' to another artist, I'll have to find a different way.
