He certainly looks the expert Lewis and you'll save your back with the changes

Beautifully done as ever Lew. Love the bird and the pose..(-:

Great find Lewis! This is the person I need right now. Been weeding forever and the garden isn't looking any better. Btw, I become that pink when I soak in a hot bath!

Thank you Dennis, Jim and Ibolya for your feedback, welcome as always. You're right, Ibolya, I could have done with this fella. Recently I did a major re-arrangement of my garden to make it easier to manage now I'm an old codger. Just one reason why I've only been posting old pictures and sketches lately. I can't keep going like I used to...no complaints...I'm glad I can still do this stuff even if it takes longer.

Good stuff again, Lewis! Must be Autumn thing, this clearing out lark...I'm doing the same!!!

Such a great drawing Lewis, I like the little bird peeking out of his hat.

Excellent as always Lew.

An old pic...I recall painting it on a hot day when the acrylic seemed to be drying on the brush. I got fed up with it and finished it quickly making it more cartoony than I'd intended. It's one that could easily be reworked, but I'd rather paint something else. Made up, of course, nobody is that pink.

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
