...and the washing has obviously dried :) A cooler atmosphere to this one Lesley, autumn is definitely in the air.

Ah, and I hope lunch is just round the corner! Love the way you catch Venice. I'm always drawn back to painting it as the colours are wonderful.<br />

You really convey the feel and atmosphere of Venice in these paintings, Lesley - super work.

Oil on panel. I love this house in Venice and have painted it a few times at different times of day & light. The first one was in October and the poles in the foreground were in shadow.
