Detlef Brucker sent in his project saying: 'As usual I found Tony Underhill’s article really interesting. I like the urban sketching approach and in fact I use pen and wash techniques quite often. After I finished the drawing I created a series of small thumbnail sketches to figure out how much colour I wanted to add. The right touch of colour can enhance the drawing a lot but too much can easily spoil it completely. In the end I decided to keep the drawing as is'
