Joy Dickens sent in her painting saying: 'The photo was very dark so I decided to just paint it as I thought it may be. The difficult bit was the road. I approached it wrong so it looks messy. I replaced the red car with a house as I felt it was more in keeping. I am just starting to return to watercolour after an eight year break. I found it great to have a project as it stretched me a bit'
