Thanks Carole, you're right of course but he's one of those who borrows and then keeps. He has a reputation here and there comes a time when you have to say 'No'.

At least you said it nicely Mick.....lol. He doesn't look very happy with your decision but if he doesn't return what he borrows, then he only has himself to blame. I'm finding a link here Mick, everyone is out to exploit you, if it isn't your sparkling personality, it's your other attributes and now your generosity!lol I still find kindness in people where I live, even in some of the younger generation...... perhaps it's a demographic thing?

Thanks Fiona. Yes, that's the pattern, you've got it, I'm always being exploited! The kinder you are the more people will take advantage. Or perhaps I'm just a grumpy old man these days. I am really a surrealist. I love absurdity and it is an element of surrealism. It just happens to fit into my personality and I've come to the conclusion that it is the closest I can get at the moment to my form of art. It has some meaning for me. Social comment makes the art more meaningful. There is a pattern - all these bits and pieces have meaning in my subconscious. Rock on Salvador!
